It is imperative that the national voice for our First Nations be legislated
It is imperative that this voice body be directly advising the Parliament and government
It is imperative that this voice be representative of ALL indigenous and Torres Strait Islanders through local support bodies
It is imperative that a referendum be held to both inform the nation and enable the nation to take up the invitation from the Uluru Statement
It is imperative that this legislation be enshrined within the constitution
It is imperative that this voice legislation be accompanied by Truth telling and Makarrata
It is imperative that truth in our history be told and acknowledged in a formal manner such as recognition in the Australian war memorial
