I thoroughly endorse the co-design process for developing an effective and long-overdue voice for Australia's First Nations people. I believe that their voice must be enshrined in the Constitution as a means to acknowledge past evils and to enable Australia's First people to determine the policies and programs that affect all Australians now and in future.
