My Pathway is a social and economic development organisation that supports First Nations
People and communities through government programs, community projects and Indigenous
partnerships.
We currently employ more than 200 Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders. We have
established partnerships with local Indigenous organisations in five remote communities and
assisted to establish more than 100 Indigenous start-up businesses. We are dedicated to
continuing our close work with Traditional Owners and community.
Our Board, Leadership and staff are invested in advancing First Nations People and eager to
encourage and empower a stronger voice to governments. We recognise the structures that
will facilitate an Indigenous Voice must reflect community needs and aspirations.

My Pathway is committed to supporting the Indigenous Voice design process and
implementation by generating awareness through stakeholder engagements, internal and
public communications.

We are open to contributing in other ways if requested by government or Indigenous
communities.

It is our hope that Indigenous Voice will be enshrined in parliament, in a way that works for all
Indigenous communities. Our country will benefit from decision-making that better reflects
the needs of all Australians.
